What is your Shipping Policy

We are a family owned and operated business.

We aim to ship all EDH Studio physical products within 3 business days from order placement. 

If you have made a pre-order (including commission) or print-on-demand purchase, you have been notified that an item will be made to order, the product will be sent out after the determined making/drying time.

All EDH Studio original artworks are made by hand and are one of a kind pieces. This means they take time. Please allow 3-4 weeks for making & drying time when purchasing, and allow standard shipping times once completed. 

 

AUSTRALIA.

We use courier service Sendle to deliver Australia wide, utilising reliable delivery with tracking and you can choose at checkout your preference to have your parcel left waiting for you, or whether you'd prefer signature on delivery.

Australia Post is only used for express services at EDH Studio's expense, if we deem the product to be late and want you to have it sooner than Sendle can sometimes deliver. 

All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping Australia wide.

Orders under $150 charge a rate determined by Sendle unless EDH Studio deems it will incur the shipping cost for you for a reason we decide.

 

INTERNATIONAL.

EDH Studio happily ship internationally. 

International delivery costs are determined by Sendle

We can express ship using DHL express delivery, times can be anywhere from 2-5 days from ship date to delivery depending on your location. Please contact us directly to work out an additional quote.

Please note: Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery from DHL and Emma Dillon Hill Studio is charged for return of the parcel, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the customers refund.

Refund Policy

Original Artworks

Please choose carefully, unfortunately because of the original nature of our original artworks we can not exchange or refund. Purchases of original artworks are final.

Print Artworks

Please choose carefully, unfortunately because of the fine art and print-on-demand nature of our prints we can not exchange or refund. Purchases of print artworks are final.

Creative Tools and Objects

Please choose carefully, all Creative Tools are one of a kind items and we can not exchange or refund. Purchases of handmade items, vintage and secondhand items are final.

Designer Objects 

If applicable a refund can be obtained if an item was damaged or did not arrive. See Refunds (if applicable) below.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method 

Sale items (if applicable)
The standard refund policy applies to sale items.


How do I order wholesale?

I am currently looking for stockists, so if you feel you or your brand is aligned, please get in touch. If you would like to stock any of my artworks, prints or products please email me directly and I can give you access to our wholesale section of the website.
